Thank you for shopping with The Blooming Shop! We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

  • During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times (UK)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

Standard Delivery 2–4 working days £ will calculated on checkout
Express Delivery 1–2 working days £ will calculated on checkout
Free Shipping Orders over £20 FREE

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays, weather conditions).


3. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.
If you offer it:

  • Shipping costs and times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your order confirmation and tracking details.

  2. Contact the courier directly for the latest updates.

  3. If you still need help, reach out to us at thebloomingshop1@gmail.com and we’ll investigate.

We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout, so please double-check your details before placing your order.


6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We may ask for photos or other evidence to help resolve the issue quickly.


7. Click & Collect / Local Delivery (Optional)

We do not offer click and collect.
